WAEBER, Raffael

Raffael Waeber tauchte Ende der Sechzigerjahre auf der Zürcher Szene auf: Einer der ersten Schweizer Gitarristen, der virtuose Jazzimprovisation mit Rock-Feeling verband. Er spielte in der Gruppe von Hans Kennel-Bruno Spoerri, die dann zur Jazz Rock Experience wurde. Nachdem die Zusammenarbeit mit ihm schwierig geworden war, verliess er die Gruppe und verschwand bald darauf aus Zürich . er soll die letzten Jahre seines Lebens im Wallis gewohnt haben.
