Trombone

Aufgewachsen in Venedig und Basel. 12-jährig Posaune, spielte in vielen Jazz-, Funk-, Blues- and Latin-ensembles. Ausbildung: Posaune und composition/arranging bei Calvin Jones in Washington, DC, USA, Klavier und Theorie bei Judith Korey, Hildred Roach and Harvey VanBuren, Bass bei Steve Novasel. Auftritt an der BET (Black Entertainment Television) als Solist der University Big Band. Abschluss an der University of the District of Columbia cum laude.

Seit 1995 Freelance in Washington DC and New York. Spielte mit Butch Warren, Webster Young, Lawrence Wheatley, Lincoln Ross, Nasser Abade, Curtis Lundi, Ralph Peterson, René McLean, Allan Palmer, Joost Kesselaar u. a. Seit 2004 aktiv in der Schweizer Szene mit Auftritten im Oktett, Trio und Quartett.
